Frequently Asked Questions

What if I don’t have all of my documents ready, but I want to get priority status?

Please send the documents in and we can easily finish off the return when we get the final documents. By getting the majority of the documents in early, it helps me to get the return mostly complete, and then when you send the final documents, I can quickly finalize the return.

How can I get my documents to you if I don’t have a face to face meeting?

Documents can be scanned and emailed, faxed to 281-966-1541, or mailed to P O Box 580, Channelview, Texas 77530.

Do I Have to E-file, and how does that process work?

Your are not required to e-file, but I am required to e-file unless you opt out of e-filing. The e-file process is fairly simple as many of you learned last year. Instead of sending you an extra copy of the return, which you must mail to the IRS, I simply send you an 8879 E-Filing Authorization form, which you sign and fax/email back to me. I then submit your return electronically to the IRS, and the copy I mail to you is for your files. The e-file process actually speeds up your refund over paper filing.
